Our new portfolio release consists of the following:
30 Total Assets: mixed batch of NPLs, RPLs, BK loans and REO across 14 states
$6.2mm Total BPO value, with an average of $206,667 BPO per asset
62% of the portfolio is comprised of NPLs, the remaining 40% are cash-flowing
